About NeuroForce
Hi, I’m Miriam Ritchie, the person behind NeuroForce. Raised in Perth, I spent time living and working abroad before returning home. Outside of work, I’m a mum who loves a good mum-date, and like many neurodivergent people, I’m always exploring new hobbies (currently singing with a local choir).
I started NeuroForce because I kept seeing the same gap: organisations who genuinely wanted to do right by their neurodivergent employees, but didn’t have practical, everyday tools to actually make it happen.
Before this, I spent 20 years in audit, governance, and risk roles – so I understand how real organisations work, what gets buy-in, and what just sits in a policy document unread. I bring that same practical lens to neurodiversity work, alongside my own lived experience navigating workplaces as someone who’s neurodivergent.
I offer training, coaching, and consulting services tailored to whatever stage your organisation is at – whether that’s a conversation about where to start or deeper, ongoing work to shift how your teams operate.
If you want workplace neurodiversity support that’s grounded in both real organisational experience and lived experience, let’s talk.
